Can anyone recommend some exercises to burn fat and calories?
To get great results in fat loss is needed mix cardio vascular (CV) and resistance training. The reason why it is important to do both is because it burns calories CV instantly if you will, while if you do resistance training to increase muscle mass and decreased fat mass … which means that naturally burn more calories every day, even when not exercising. Ideally, you need to spend between 20-60 minutes in the cv (walking, cycling, rowing, X-training, etc.) and resistance to 3 times per week to ensure you have a day off between strength exercises. Here is an example plan for you to try …. heating — at least 5 minutes Treadmill CV / walk 20 minutes by bike / bicycle 10-20 minutes of Resistance squats or leg press 2×15 Lat pulldown 2×15 Chest press 2×15 shoulder press / lateral raise 2×15 regarding repititions … needs to be able to complete the 1st series of 15, but the 2nd set must be challenging.
